The app locally saves your workout history (your “Activities”), including exercises completed, session duration, and calories burned. It also saves your app preferences, such as sound settings and exercise customizations, to improve your experience.
Feedback Information
If you choose to send us feedback or report a bug, your email client will be used. Information such as your app version and device model may be included to help us diagnose issues. This is voluntary, and this information is only collected if you decide to send it.
3. How We Use and Share Information
All information is used to provide you with a personalized and functional experience. We NEVER share the information handled by our app with any third parties. Since our app does not include advertisements, no data is shared with advertising partners.
4. Data Retention and Control
Your data is stored only on your device. If you uninstall the app, your data is permanently deleted. You can also delete all your data at any time by using the “Clear Data” option in the app’s settings.

We take reasonable measures to safeguard the information stored within the app on your device. However, please note that no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
